Jan has spent many years healing. According to Jan her childhood has been one of her greatest gifts—without it she would not be doing the work that she loves—helping others to find and live their true potential. Jan went on to become a Bank Manager, when very few women were in these positions. She is now 54 years old and married to Roger for 30 years and has two teenage children, Georgina and Bradley. Her family has brought many joys, challenges, learning and teachings to her life. With her husband she has built up a successful wheelchair transport service for people with special needs and abilities. In 2007 Jan completed a three year diploma course with Soul Dynamics www.souldynamics.co.nz. attended healing retreats in the South of France, Bali and Castle Hill through Inspired Journeys www.inspiredjourneys.co.nz, She has successfully completed NZQA Unit Standards for Counselling through Lifeline www.lifeline.co.nz. and ASIST Applied Suicide Intervention Skills through LivingWorks www.livingworks.org.nz and Trained under Grant Boddington for Hypnotherapy. Jan considers that we never stop learning—life is about learning and living it to the full. Jan has a strong belief that our greatest healing comes from within. She is an avid reader of metaphysical and spiritual books—some of her favourite authors—Machelle Small–Wright and Perelandra, Dr Eric Pearl Heal Yourself Heal Others, Eckart Tolle, Joe Dispenza, Deepak Chopra, Delores Cannon to name a few. Jan’s passion is working with committed individuals to help them grow and develop to their full potential.

Jan grew up in a family of nine with very deep religious beliefs and strict parenting. She lived in a segregated world which taught that it was sinful for woman to cut their hair and wear trouser, to mix and eat with people that were not part of her church, and when her hair was not covered with a hat or scarf she must wear a ribbon in her hair so she was known as one of “God’s chosen”, Jan knew from the depth of her soul that these teachings and beliefs did not feel right! At the age of 16 Jan left this world to begin a new life. |
